Tuition and Payment Information

Cornerstone Christian school is a ministry of Cornerstone Christian Church. Cornerstone pays all of its financial obligations out of registration and tuition payments.

Tuition at Cornerstone is based on an annual rate. The yearly tuition can be paid in eleven equal monthly payments. Under this installment plan the first payment is made August 1^st and continues for every month there after concluding with a final payment June 1^st. No financial adjustment can be made for absences due to illness, holidays or other causes. Cornerstone uses the services of FACTS Tuition to process all tuition payments.

FACTS processes tuition via ACH on the 5^th of each month. A $25.00 late fee will be charged for non-sufficient funds. An additional $25.00 will be charged if the re-attempt on the 20^th still shows non-sufficient funds. Should an account become two months delinquent the student may be released from school for lack of payment. At the end of the year, ALL accounts must be paid in full before final report cards are issued.

Financial Information

Application and Registration Fees
There is a non-refundable new student application fee of $125.00 and then after acceptance, a registration fee of $150.00 before July 1. For a returning student there is a $150.00 registration fee submitted with the re-registration form. This fee is non-refundable after April 1st.

Tuition
Tuition may be paid in full or monthly. Cornerstone uses the services of FACTS Tuition Management for our tuition billing. If you choose to pay tuition monthly, your tuition must be an ACH from your checking or saving account (direct deposit). A FACTS agreement form must be completed. If you choose, FACTS allows you to pay with your credit card, there is an extra service charge to you for using your credit card.

FACTS will charge $25.00 for an insufficient funds attempt to transfer your payment. Tuition payments may not be made to the school. Should an account become two months delinquent, the student may be released from school. All accounts must be paid before final report cards are issued.

Extended Care Fees
Extended care is available before school from 7am - 8am and after school until 6pm. Extended Care time can be purchased monthly at a discounted rate. If you do not have an account balance on file, you will be charged $4.50 per hour for your child to stay in day care. Please contact the office for more information.

Fees
CCS will charge a $25.00 service fee for all returned checks.

At the end of the school year all accounts must be paid before the final report card packet is released.
